Here at Mosaic Chiropractic and Women's Health, we believe postpartum care in the United States is severely lacking and our goal is to do our very best to help fill that void where possible. Birth could be considered the most athletic event of your life and about one third of those journeys also includes a major abdominal surgery. Have you noticed all other major surgeries are prescribed physical therapy and/or additional musculoskeletal care and recovery afterwards, yet there is rarely anything given post caesarian section?

Postpartum is commonly thought of as being the time period shortly after or within a few years of pregnancy and childbirth. However the definition of postpartum is "time after childbirth", which means even when your sweet babe is all grown up, you are still technically postpartum. Sure your body might be more forgiving if you start postpartum care sooner rather than later, but here at Mosaic Chiropractic and Women's Health we believe it is never too late to seek out postpartum care of any kind. Postpartum care with us can look like whatever you need and that is something we pride ourselves in! We personally specialize in chiropractic care, postpartum rehabilitation, and additional soft tissue techniques, but have worked hard to establish a network of additional providers to help meet any other needs. In a time when focusing on the child becomes priority for most, we are here for YOU.
